I've been working on my crazy garden for WEEKS and this afternoon I've finally finished! I find myself out in the backyard every day counting my little carrot and bean sprouts! Who knew someone could ever be so excited about veggies!
... And since I can't seem to write a blog post without including a picture of Lucy, here she is helping me!

Home Sweet Home
Dylan and I have finally found our dream house, and after some serious negotiating will be closing escrow on Friday! It's been a frustrating process, but we can't wait to move in to our new home! It's located in a really nice subdivision in Boise called Surprise Valley and technically our house is in Homestead Rim. It has a great backyard for Lucy with no neighbors behind us, a giant soaker tub in the bathroom for me and a perfect office for Dylan! We couldn't be more excited!

Road Trip
After a couple of days in Coeur d'Alene with the family, I drove down to Kennewick to meet up with Dylan, Lucy and his family. I just had to post some of the adorable pictures I took of Lucy while we were making the drive home.

Moira's Crossing
My mom made her theatrical debut this past weekend in a play written by a North Idaho College instructor called 'Moira's Crossing.' It's a cute story about a little girl who is expelled from a Catholic school in Spokane for misbehavior and travels to a new school in Coeur d'Alene in the middle of winter. My mom played the loving Nun from the school in Coeur d'Alene. Grete and her dad, Emily, my sister and my dad all made a little evening of it.After the play we made a little stop at Dockside for some sweet treats.
Great job, mom! You did such a great job!
